World premiere of InnerAct: Canto Ostinato Audio Visual

We are very proud to announce the world premiere of the dutch collaboration ‘InnerAct’, an audiovisual performance centered around the revolutionary musical piece ‘Canto Ostinato’. Gwyneth Wentink (harp), Wouter Snoei (electronica) and Arnout Hulskamp (visuals) will be performing this ode to Simeon Holt, the most famous Dutch composer of minimal music. This cross-over production is an audiovisual experience in which the three artists respond to each other on stage using their instruments and self-developed software, determining who takes the lead according to the codes of ‘Canto’. Improvisation and interaction are the central themes; every performance is unique. Partly because of the repetitive elements, the performance is an inner experience that can last anywhere from 45 minutes up to several hours. InnerAct will take place amidst the metallic dunes of ‘Waste Landscape’.
